England Recall Saka But Bellingham, Foden & Grealish Are Left Out
Bukayo Saka has recorded 12 goals in 44 appearances for England.
The national side have included Bukayo Saka for next week's matches versus Latvia and Wales, however no room for Bellingham, Phil Foden or Grealish.
Arsenal forward Bukayo Saka was absent from the previous qualifier successes over Andorra and Serbia due to a hamstring injury.
Saka recently returned for Arsenal and scored in their 2-0 win over Olympiacos midweek.
Saka comes in for Arsenal team-mate Noni Madueke, who is out of action until November with a knee problem.
The Three Lions face Wales in a friendly at the national stadium on Thursday before a qualifying match in Riga on 14 October.
Should England triumph in Latvia, they will need a just two points from their final two qualifiers against Serbia and Albania in the next month to reach the World Cup in North America.
Bayer Leverkusen defender Quansah replaces Newcastle's Livramento, who is out for up to eight weeks after suffering a knee injury versus Arsenal last weekend.
Elliot Anderson and Spence, who earned their first England call-ups last month, keep their spots. Ruben Loftus-Cheek also keeps his spot, even with the recovery of Wharton.
Saka has only played a single match for Tuchel since he became national team boss, because of injury concerns.
Bellingham missed the last England international camp as he was rehabilitating after a shoulder operation and has only made a single start for Real Madrid since returning to fitness.
Foden was left out from the coach’s previous selection after a dip in performance and has been unsuccessful in returning, even with a impressive beginning to the campaign with City.
Grealish also is excluded despite a resurgence with Everton. The 30-year-old has not played for the national team since October 2024.

'Attention turns to excluded players'
Thomas Tuchel's new selection brings scrutiny on those the head coach has left out instead of the included names.
Bellingham’s omission may cause surprise but Tuchel understandably feels there is no need to bring back the Madrid midfielder.
City’s Phil Foden and on-loan Everton forward Jack Grealish have both excelled in the early stages of the season.
Those who Tuchel utilised in England's qualifying victories versus Serbia and Andorra deserve the reward of continuity.
There will be disappointment that the Gunners’ Madueke is not included because of a fitness issue.
Anderson has settled well at international level.
Tuchel is a fan of the attacker, in particular, as well as Foden.
One unexpected move, it comes in the exclusion of Palace’s Adam Wharton.
The star, naturally, will be needed in the future.
